Low Midnight
(a.k.a. 'The Steve and Izzy Show')

For the first time, I wasn't sure about what style of music to list a band under.  These guys play such a wide mix of country and older rock that it was hard to decide.  I decided to list them under country because the two people that make up this band are also in the country band High Noon.

These guys play a large range of cover music from 70's rock to today's country.

Meet The Band:
Steve plays the acoustic and sings.  He's got a large amount of talent and energy and always keeps things interesting throughout the night...

Izzy plays keyboards and also sings.  He too has an incredible amount of talent and energy to offer.

The Music:
They sing older rock covers by Jim Croce, Billy Joel, Jimmy Buffett, and more.

They sing country music covers by Lonestar and others.

Their performance:
The Pros:
It's a different experience for people who like music.

It's a show that's out of the ordinary!

The Cons:
It's not a show that will interest everyone.  (If you're looking for a real get up and dance setting, this isn't for you.)

My Thoughts:
This was definitely a different experience for me.  No drums, no bass, just keyboards, an acoustic guitar and vocals.  It was a lot of fun to watch and listen to!  I really didn't know what to expect when I went in to see them, but they offered a good time to everyone there! It's definitely different from going out to watch an entire band play, but I had a great time going out to see them!

Rating:
My rating on a scale of one to five, five being the highest, would be a five.  They played great music, offered a good time to be had by all and, as always, kept thing interesting!

These guys can be found nearly every Thursday night at Robert's Off 10 in Moundsview.

They don't have a web site up right now, but if that changes, I'll let you know!
